I have attended Monday evening Yoga in Huntingdon Hall with Rachel since 2008 and I have enjoyed every class. Rachel plans out every lesson concentrating on a specific part of the body or warming up for the final posture at the end of the session. Using her extensive knowledge and soothing voice, Rachel gives us all a good stretch, relaxation and meditation. A perfect revitalising and relaxing Yoga experience.
I really enjoy Rachel's yoga classes. They have been extremely beneficial to my lower back problems and I have also noticed a marked improvement in my inner core strength and flexibility. The classes have also taught me how to relax.
I have attended Rachel's yoga classes for many years, and have always found her to be an excellent teacher. Her knowledge of yoga and its philosophy is complemented by her medical background to make for a safe and effective session. Rachel is able to encourage the more advanced members of the class but is always supportive to the less able members. While she takes her subject seriously and her classes are always well prepared, they are stimulating yet relaxing and enjoyable.
