I have been practising yoga since 1994 coming to it originally as a form of therapeutic exercise and for relaxation.
Quite quickly I realised the benefits of Yoga were amazing. I felt more at ease in my body and my mind and my life was easier to manage.
Wishing to share the 'magic' with others, I subsequently attained a Teaching Diploma through the *British Wheel of Yoga and then completed their Pregnancy Module.
This, combined with my background in nursing and midwifery has given me a deeper knowledge from which to teach Hatha Yoga to people of all experiences and abilities and a unique approach to teaching Yoga for Pregnancy.
Rachel's Yoga classes are warm & friendly. I enjoy the way Rachel covers all aspects of Yoga which makes the evening varied, interesting and fun. I have gained so much both mentally and physically.
